SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY – GLOBAL
Shipping Fee

Flat rate: €30 per order.

This fee is Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) and includes import duties, customs fees, and taxes for most destinations. Your order will be delivered with no additional charges at delivery.

If you cancel or return your order, refunds cover the full price of the product(s) but do not include the shipping fee.
Note: In rare cases, local authorities may assess additional fees or experience clearance delays beyond our control (see Customs & Import Regulations).

We ship worldwide via DHL Express, a trusted global courier offering fast and secure delivery.

All orders are shipped from LESBENJAMINS.COM (Dubai, United Arab Emirates).
Shipment Schedule

Dispatch window: Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (GST).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs inspections, logistical disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are handed over to DHL Express within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.

Estimated transit time after handover: 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

Estimates exclude weekends and public holidays. Deliveries to remote or rural areas may require additional time.
Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your DHL tracking number.

Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable, DHL will make multiple attempts and/or leave a notification with instructions to reschedule.

Undeliverable parcels (after several attempts) are returned to Les Benjamins.

To reship a returned parcel, standard shipping fees apply and must be paid before dispatch.
Delivery Address Policy

Please provide a complete and accurate address at checkout.

After an order ships, address changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur rerouting fees.
Lost or Damaged Shipments

Insurance: All shipments are insured until signed for at the delivery address.

Lost/stolen after delivery: We are not responsible for parcels marked delivered by DHL.

Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt at dubaimall@lesbenjamins.com with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist with a claim.
Customs & Import Regulations

International orders are sent DDP: the €30 shipping fee includes import duties, customs fees, and taxes for most destinations.

In rare cases, your local customs authority may impose additional fees or delays due to country-specific regulations.

Les Benjamins is not responsible for delays arising from customs procedures.
Packaging & Sustainability

We use eco-conscious packaging designed to minimize waste while protecting your products.

Please reuse or recycle packaging where possible.
Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or countries subject to international trade restrictions/sanctions.
